ENIGA IP Network is monitored seven days a week, 24 hours a day by the Network Operations center (NOC). The NOC provides network monitoring; performance and traffic management; and problem resolution. It also furnishes real-time network status to ENIGA Customer Care and assists with problem resolution.
ENIGA NOC diagnostics, monitoring and trouble shooting tools utilizes a variety of custom and proprietary tools.
Dedicated and Virtual Server customers will be able check Network utilization, server CPU and hard drives usage, services health, number of logged in users and any other configured parameter at any given time via web interface provided by ENIGA monitoring tools.
